The opportunity

Silver State Incentives is Nevada’s premier energy savings consultancy. We leverage NV Energy utility rebate programs to help commercial and industrial facility operators modernize their Lighting, HVAC, and Energy Management systems — with little to no out-of-pocket cost to the client. Our consultants speak CFO, present Savings-to-Investment Ratios, IRR, and payback periods, and close deals that competitors can’t because they’re still leading with equipment.

We’re growing and looking for experienced energy efficiency sales professionals who are done working for companies that undersell their value.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and develop relationships with commercial/industrial facility managers, CFOs, and property owners across Nevada and the Southwest
• Conduct energy consultations, present full financial ROI analyses, and guide clients through the utility rebate process
• Manage a pipeline from first contact through project close, coordinating with our project management team for delivery
• Represent Silver State Incentives as a trusted veteran consultant — not a salesperson

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of energy efficiency, ESCo, or utility-side sales experience — this is non-negotiable
• Proven track record of closing commercial or industrial energy projects
• Familiarity with NV Energy or Western utility incentive programs is a strong plus
• Ability to present financial metrics (ROI, IRR, payback period) to C-suite stakeholders
• Self-directed, hunter mentality — you build your own pipeline
• You treat clients as long-term relationships, not transactions
